Directions:

  1. Place 1 slice ham on each of 3 tortillas.
  2. Top each with cheese, another slice of ham and a tortilla.
  3. Heat 2 T of the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot.
  4. Cook 1 sandwich in oil, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
  5. Cut into 4 wedges.
  6. Repeat with remaining oil and sandwiches.
