Southern Style Creamed Corn

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 (14 oz) cans corn
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon in pan and remove, leaving drippings.
  2. Add drained corn and crumbled bacon.
  3. Add butter and saute.
  4. Stir in seasonings to taste.
  5. Stir in flour to coat.
  6. Add milk slowly. Stir til thickened.
  7. Pour in serving dish and top with parmesan cheese.
  8. Enjoy!
