Directions:

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon, and set aside.
  2. Cook celery and next 3 ingredients in hot drippings in skillet over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes. Add tomato and next 6 ingredients; cook, stirring often, 5 minutes or until beans are tender. Stir in bacon.
