Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-ounee) carton commercial sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine flour and broth in a heavy saucepan, stirring well. Add sour cream, mushrooms and salt; stir well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
