Sour Cream Pear Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 x15 oz cans pear drained, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat to 350. In a medium bowl combine 3/4C sugar, 1T flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in the egg and sour cream until smooth. Add pears and stir softly until coated. Pour in to crust. Put in oven for 25 minutes. In another bowl stir the sugar and flour together, cut the butter in to form 'crumble'. Sprinkle over the pie, continue baking for 30 minutes. Cool completely.
