Ingredients:

  • 500 g sour cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 lemon ( juice and zest)
  • 50 g 35% cream

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Stir to dissolve sugar and mix well.
  3. Chill mixture well then process in an ice cream maker.
  4. Enjoy!
