Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chili peppers
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Place tomatoes (with juice), chili peppers, and seasonings in blender container.
  2. Cover and process until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream, cover, and process just until combined.
