Sour Cream and Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or 2 tbsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, cornmeal, soda, baking powder, salt and sugar in mixing bowl.
  2. Separately, beat eggs with buttermilk and fold in sour cream and melted butter.
  3. Stir moist and dry ingredients together only enough to mix well.
  4. Do not over-beat.
  5. Cook as usual on griddle.
