Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup spam
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F; put the butter into a single serving oven proof dish and place in oven until the butter is melted.
  2. Dice the Spam and mix with all the remaining ingredients, being sure to stir out most of the lumps.
  3. Pour into the dish and bake for 20 minutes.
