Ingredients:

  1. 1. Sieve the flour with the baking powder 2 times and put aside.
  2. 2. Beat margarin, milk and esen vanilla till fluffy
  3. 3. In another bowl, beat white egg and add in sugar bit by bit until batter is even.
  4. 4. Then add in yellow egg one by one.
  5. 5. Add in ovalette and beat till even.
  6. 6. Lastly, add in flour bit by bit and beat towards one direction.
  7. 7. When batter is evenly beaten, separate into 2 bowls. 1 bowl with plain batter...and the 2nd bowl add in your prefer colours (using the chocolate batter or strawberry) .
  8. 8. Use an 8 inci square, spread a thin layer of butter and a sprinkle of flour around the base.
  9. 9. Take 3 spoonfull of plain batter and put it in the middle of the pan. Then follow up with another 3 spoonful of the 2nd bowl of chocolate or strawberry until the flour completed.
  10. 11. Bake at 180*C for abt 1 hour till cook.
