Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp milk

Directions:

  1. Combine icing set aside.
  2. Set oven to 350 degrees f.
  3. Cream butter and sugars. add egg and peanut butter and mix well. stir in soda salt and oatmeal; press into 9x13 baking pan. sprinkle chocolate chips over top
  4. Bake until golden brown. remove from oven drizzle icing over top.
