Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons milk
Directions:
1. combine icing set aside.
2. set oven to 350 degrees f.
3. cream butter and sugars. add egg and peanut butter and mix well. stir in soda salt and oatmeal; press into 9x13 baking pan. sprinkle chocolate chips over top
4. bake until golden brown. remove from oven drizzle icing over top.
