Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp mirin
  • a little white sasame seed
  • a little sliced spring onion

Directions:

  1. 1 Boil the noodle about 4 min. until it soft.
  2. 2 Put the boiled noodle in the ice water and drain it out, keer in the chiller
  3. 3 Mix the soy sauce and mirin in a bowl to be soba sauce. Chill it.
  4. 4 Put the noodle on a plate and drain the soba sauce.
  5. 5 Garnished with sasame seed and spring onion.
