Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350*. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. With a wooden spoon or a mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until very smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl often (if using an electric mixer, set it on medium speed). Stir in the vanilla. Add the flour, mix until just combined.
  3. Fit a pastry bag with a #12 tip and fill bag with dough. On prepared cookie sheet, pipe a 2 circle of dough 1 from the edge of pan. Then pipe a 1 1/2 circle above the first circle, touching. Then pipe a 1 circle above the second circle, touching. Now you have a snowman shape. Pipe cookies 1 1/2 apart. You should be able to fit 8 on a cookie sheet.
  4. Place 2 silver draggees for eyes in the top circle. Place 3-4 cinnamon candies down middle of bottom 2 circles for buttons.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for about 17 minutes or until edges are very light brown. Carefully transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. This is where you can get the kids to play : Using the little tubes of piping gel, pipe hair, a belt, a scarf, a smile; what ever you think the snowmen need. Voila!
