Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, oil and blend in sugar until mixture thickens. Blend flour, baking powder, and salt and add to mixture. Roll into 1" balls. Mix cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar and roll balls into cinnamon mixture. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes
