Smoky Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 -3 tbsp sour cream

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for one minute.
  2. Slowly stir in milk.
  3. Cook until thick.
  4. Stir in sour cream and smoky cheese.
  5. Taste and adjust for salt.
  6. When melted, serve. Don't allow the sauce to boil at this point.
