Directions:

  1. Smoke the turkey (outdoors of course) in the hickory wood chips,
  2. Mesquete wood chips and charcoal (medium)
  3. Catch the drippins in a pan, save
  4. When smoked, prepare in cubes
  5. DRESSING:
  6. Take pan drippins and add to olive oil and sesame oil.
  7. Mix the oils with the tarragon vinegar
  8. Top with pecan and grapes (red seedless)
  9. Optional: place ingrediants together on a bed of
  10. Baby arugula and endive
