Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Open beans and drain off excess fluid from top of beans, do not drain or rinse.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add beans, onions, sauce and brisket and stir until well blended.
  3. Find a large baking dish that will fit inside smoker or you may use 2 smaller dishes.
  4. Pour mixture into a glass baking dish and place in smoker oven.
  5. Add wood chips to smoker and cook for 2 hours 225 degrees.
  6. Remove, STIR WELL and serve hot.
  7. You may substitute pork or ground beef.
