Directions:

  1. Grate smoked kingfish on vegetable grater
  2. Add cream cheese, olive oil, vegetables, salt and pepper, lemon juice and zest and tobasco, thuroughly mix with fork
  3. Add condensed milk until texture is as desired
  4. Serve with crackers or thinly sliced toasted baguette
