Ingredients:

  • 2 cups apricots or 2 cups peaches or 2 cups berries
  • 1 1/2 cups bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Spray a 8-10 inch square baking pan.
  2. Mix Bisquick, egg, milk, and 1/4 cup sugar.
  3. Pour mixture in pan.
  4. Lay fruit on top of mixture and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
  5. Bake 350* for 25 to 30 minutes.
