Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet over medium high.
  2. Cook onion, pepper, and garlic until soft.
  3. Add tofu and soy sauce.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly until brown.
  5. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
  6. Cook 2-3 more minutes to incorporate.
  7. Serve over hamburger buns (I also saw mom using leftovers as a tortilla chip dip).
