  1. Brown the ground beef in a large, deep skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain if needed.
  3. Add the turkey and bell pepper and cook until the turkey is almost cooked. Sprinkle the Chili 3000 and stir for 1-2 minutes powder is well-mixed into the meat mix.
  4. Add the tomato sauce, mustard, and vinegar.
  5. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve on hamburger buns.
