  1. Cut the bread down the side to open up like a sub. Hollow out bread, removing the soft inside. Add 3 ozs Russian dressing, 1/2 lb cole slaw, 2 ozs corned beef and 2 slices Swiss cheese. Add pastrami, more Russian dressing, and 2 more slices of Swiss cheese. Add the remaining cole slaw and close the sandwich. Slice into 3 pieces and use 3 club toothpicks to secure the Sloppy Joe. Big mouth and a lot of napkins needed.
