Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 1/3 cups ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Brown the goat with the diced onion, salt and pepper in a saucepan over medium low heat until cooked through. **Stir constantly since meats very low in fat cook faster and burn easily**.
  2. Add the katsup, mustard, vinegar and sugar and stir to combine then turn the heat down to low and heat through for 5-10 minutes while stirring.
  3. Spoon onto Hamburger buns and enjoy.
