Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat egg whites with a fork until slightly foamy.
  3. Stir in nuts, cereal and pretzels and mix until coated.
  4. Add the sugar, cinnamon and cayenne and mix again.
  5. Spread out onto a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
