Slice And Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup sbutter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cut 4 14 x 12 pieces of waxed paper. Cream butter, sugar, and brown
  2. Sugar. Beat in vanilla and eggs, until light and fluffy. Combine flour, salt,
  3. And baking soda. Stir into egg mixture. Add chips and nuts. Divide into
  4. 4 balls. Shape into an 8-10 inch roll. Wrap in waxed paper or plastic
  5. Wrap. Place in a freezer container with a light fitting lid. Label and
  6. Date. Use within 6 months. TO MAKE COOKIES: Preheat oven to 350. Cut into 1/4
  7. Inch slices. Arrange on a baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake 10
  8. Minutes. Cool on rack.
