Sitaphal ki sabzi( Custard apple vegetable!)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add crushed red chillies and methi dana (fenugreek seeds).
  3. Allow to crackle.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add chana dal.
  6. Bring back to flame.
  7. Add sitaphal and cook for a minute.
  8. Add corriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, sugar and mango powder.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Add just a little water so as to make the sitaphal soft and easy to cook.
  11. Bring to a boil.
  12. Cover.
  13. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  14. Garnish with cilantro and ginger.
  15. Serve rightaway!
