Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Now there are two ways you can make this.
  2. If you like the Chunky raw aspect of salsa well then just dice all the ingredients as you would like then simply mix together well in a large mixing bowl.
  3. If you like it very thin (as you would get it at an authentic mexican restaurant) well then add the tomatoes and onion into a food processor and pulse two or three times, add the garlic, pulse again 1 or 2 times, add the cilantro and lemon juice and pules finally for a couple of second or until as thin as you would like it. Tip though if you let it mingle in the fridge for an hour or so this will greatly inhance the flavors of all the fresh ingredients.
