Directions:

  1. Chop up green onions and set aside.
  2. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise and put in serving dish.
  3. Rinse off shrimp and place on top of above mixture.
  4. On top of shrimp cover with coctail sauce.
  5. Top with chopped green onions.
