Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a metal mixing bowl combine the vinegar, peppers, garlic and cilantro
  2. Add the juice of one lime, and stir with a fork
  3. Add the onion and the tomato
  4. Add 1/2 of the remaining lime, stir
  5. If needed, add remaining lime
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Stir, cover and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
  8. Serve with chips, or as a garnish for any food that could use some spice
