  1. Heat broth and Italian seasoning in 2 quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.
  2. Stir rice and spinach in saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in cheese. Serve with additional cheese.
