Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sherry
  • 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 lb white fish

Directions:

  1. Cut bread into triangles.
  2. Process remaining ingredients, saving out one whole egg, into a paste.
  3. Spread seafood paste on bread triangles. Brush with egg wash from saved out egg.
  4. Deep fry in 350 oil.
