Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute' onions, carrots,pepper and potato in butter until very soft.
  2. Add shrimp, cook until pink then stir in soups.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
  4. Cook 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Serve over rice.
