Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz small cooked shrimp
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro , can use parsley instead
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp hot sauce, more to taste
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, toss together shrimp, onion, celery and cilantro.
  2. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp salad mixture.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours.
