Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; place shrimp in bowl, and cover with lid. Coarsely grind shrimp. (A meat grinder may be used instead of food processor, if desired.)
  2. Combine ground shrimp and butter in a medium mixing bowl; stir until well blended. Add lemon juice, onion juice, salt, pepper, mustard, and mace; mix well. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with crackers.
  3. Note: Shrimp paste may be spooned into a lightly greased decorative mold.
