  1. Make noodles
  2. Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter
  3. Stir in milk, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup
  4. Stir in noodles and shrimp
  5. Add bread crumbs to the top and bake at 350 for 25 - 35 mins
