Shrimp Dip

  1. Heat soup to boiling then dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to soup.
  2. Blend cream cheese until smooth then fold in celery, onion, shrimp and mayonnaise.
  3. Pour into lightly oiled mold then chill until set.
  4. Invert to plate and serve with crackers.
