Shrimp Casserole Harpin

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb shrimp
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp mace
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1-1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in buttered casserole. Sauté pepper and onion in butter in skillet. Add with remaining ingredients except almonds to shrimp mixture. Stir carefully. Top with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
