Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream together the butter, both sugars and allspice. (Use the paddle attachment.)
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Add the flour 1 cup at a time.
  5. Form the dough into balls 3/4 inch in diameter.
  6. Gently place 1 to 3 balls on a skewer. Press to be sure the balls are securely fixed to the skewer.
  7. Bake in preheated oven until light gold, about 15 to 18 minutes.
  8. Cool on racks.
  9. When cool, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
