Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 (8 oz) cans beans
  • 2 (8 oz) cans rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 3 (8 oz) cans minestrone soup
  • 3 (8 oz) cans water

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large soup pot.
  2. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes.
