Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make dough: Blend all ingredients well until crumbly.
  2. Form into a ball and wrap; chill at least 1 hour.
  3. Make filling: Mix all ingredients well; chill while rolling dough.
  4. Roll out chilled dough 1/8 thick. Cut out 3 circles or cut into squares, re-rolling scraps.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling on the center of each circle or square, fold in half to make crescents or triangles, and seal the edges well with a fork.
  6. Brush top with egg and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake on ungreased sheets at 400° 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
  9. Can be frozen after cooling and reheated straight from the freezer at 325° for 10-15 minutes if desired.
  10. Makes about 4 dozen.
