Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro (i even used the stems)
  • 1 serrano chili (seeds included)
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 -3 limes , juice of
  • 2 -3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • salt , to taste

Directions:

  1. Put all in a food processor and process to a somewhat smooth consistency. Adjust seasonings to taste and chill overnight.
