Serrano Ham and Manchego Grilled Cheese Pickled Bites

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat panini grill or frying pan to high. Spread 1 slice of bread with mustard, top with pickles, ham and cheese. Cover with remaining slice of bread. Spread top outside slice with 1/2 of the butter.
  2. Place buttered side down on grill on frying pan and carefuly spread butter on remaining side of bread.
  3. Grill or cook (and press down) 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Cut into triangles and garnish with cocktail onions or gherkins.
