corned beef, cut up, sauerkraut, onion flakes, sour cream, rice chex, swiss cheese, shredded, celery, chopped, thousand island dressing, lawrys seasoned garlic salt, lettuce , torn up

turkey bacon, leaves romaine lettuce, tomato, sliced, low-fat mayonnaise or miracle whip, whole wheat bread, green olives, for garnish
