soup, evoo, margarine (optional), chopped, fresh tomatoes, yellow onion, chopped, chopped garlic, couple pinches kosher salt, white pepper, worcestershire sauce, celery flakes, dried basil, diced tomatoes (i use hunts because the don tsp taste sweet, personal preference), tiny can tomato paste, chicken stock, half and half (what i had, could use skim milk or whatever), parmesan crisps, shredded parmesan

stewed tomatoes, undrained, tomato soup, undiluted, sugar, water, salt, pepper, milk, cheddar cheese, shredded, crouton

ground turkey or beef, cooked and drained, condensed minestrone soup, undiluted, chili beans, undrained, mexican diced or stewed tomatoes, undrained, mild, medium or hot picante sauce

carrot, diced, red pepper, diced, garlic cloves, halved, shallots, sliced thick, olive oil, coarse salt , to taste, fresh cracked pepper , to taste, fresh ginger, grated, vegetable stock (or whatever stock you like, sometimes i ll use shrimp stock and garnish the soup with sauteed shrimp), soy sauce, hot sauce (optional, i like louisiana hot sauce or aardvark sauce), greek yogurt (or tofu sour cream, for vegans), crouton (can be store-bought, or make your own)
