  1. Ham bone
  2. Lb. great northern beans
  3. Onion
  4. Carrots
  5. Celery
  6. Bay leaf
  7. Parsley
  8. Salt, pepper, garlic powder or salt.
  9. Cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer all day. Add water as needed to thin out soup.
