steers marinade (if you don tsp have steers in your country, use any other bbq marinade for meat), worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, drops tabasco sauce, spanish smoked paprika (just a very light sprinkle, the 1 from woolworths is especially potent!), olive oil, firm tofu, drained

kraft zesty italian, sweet chili sauce, orange dipping sauce, soy marinade, minced garlic, dehydrated onion, basil, dry, sesame seeds, black pepper

shrimp, uncooked, shelled, tail on, marinade, fresh ginger, minced, garlic cloves, crushed, sesame oil, rice wine, honey, dry mustard

olive oil, balsamic vinegar, teriyaki marinade, hoisin sauce, prepared mustard, chives (chopped ), garlic cloves (chopped ), ground ginger, fresh pepper , couple grinds

steaks (it s also nice with shrimp, portabello mushrooms, and chicken), worcestershire sauce, italian salad dressing (zesty is best), garlic powder (garlic pepper adds a nice zip to the marinade), onion powder, seasoning salt (i like paul prudhomme s meat magic for this, although any good seasoned salt will work just fine.), cracked pepper (lemon pepper is also good), liquid smoke flavoring (hickory or mesquite)

boneless skinless chicken breasts, fresh italian parsley (if using dried herbs, then use 4 tbsp of mint and 2 of parsley. i ve only used the herbs i ve dried ), fresh mint , packed (i prefer english, orange or ginger mint or any combination), fresh garlic, hot chili peppers, fresh (just a bit, you don tsp want it to overtake the other flavors) or 1/2 tsp dried chili pepper flakes, olive oil, white wine , you can add more to make a thinner marinade if required (or for non-alcoholic, substitute 1/2 cup apple juice with 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar), lemon juice
