  6. /3cup soy sauce
  7. Tablespoons vegetable oil
  8. Tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  9. Medium cloves garlic , pressed through garlic press or minced (about 1 tablespoon)
  10. Inch piece fresh ginger , minced (about 1 tablespoon)
  11. Tablespoons dark brown sugar
  12. Teaspoons grated orange zest from 1 orange
  13. /2teaspoon red pepper flakes
  14. Medium scallion , sliced thin
  15. INSTRUCTIONS
  16. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
