hard boiled eggs , depends on size & how much you like eggs., white sauce. i added about 1/2 cup of gouda cheese to the basic white sauce for this 1 but sometimes yes & sometimes not. basic white sauce, bacon cut crosswise into thin strips., grated onion ., your favourite bread , toasted. in this case i used homemade, very chewy italian country bread. i have done this with english muffins & that is very nice., a pinch of sweet basel ., salt & fg pepper to taste.
