Directions:

  1. Using medium dough, brush the crust with olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh basil, salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. Add cheese, lobster, shrimp, crabmeat and sliced roma tomato.
  3. Cook in brick oven for 10 min and serve. (can use a 450 F oven on the open rack.).
